Jenny’s project focuses on Medi-Cal and its impact on healthcare access in Orange County. It shows that while thousands of residents qualify for coverage, many never apply or enroll. By outlining how public programs like Medi-Cal fit within the larger healthcare system, the project highlights how barriers such as lack of information, language access, and administrative hurdles leave many marginalized communities uninsured.
