Jennica is in her last year at California State University, Chico and she is majoring in Sociology with a minor in Child Development. She was born and raised in Oakland, CA. Jennica went to public school from K-8th grade and has seen how different income schools can be. She is passionate about access and equity in schooling. Her time at Evolve will allow her to learn different strategies to help the public school system! During her free time, she enjoys trying new places to eat, hanging out with her friends, exploring the city, and watching a bunch of movies!
